RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; FEES APPLY.
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 25 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product was received.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. 6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met,
the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the
items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions,
you must follow the steps below to initiate the return process.

- Ensure the email contains the following:
Order number
Reason for return request
Photo of the product in case of damage
Customer's first and last name
Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send the
return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it.
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their trade or profession:
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive or accept the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Zelvia Studio's Moda of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement to info@zelviastudio.com. Withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer will bear the return shipping costs.
Registration for shipments in transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times
over which we have no control. If the goods are already en route to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and
then return them. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a
shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse
all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs
(excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract and the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a A shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract and the goods.
