SHIPPING POLICY
We're proud to offer free shipping!
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for
your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-10 business days from
the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note
that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your
delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make
any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After
that, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please be aware that due to COVID-19, orders
may be delayed to ensure maximum safety. Below are the
estimated delivery times by country:
• Europe: 7-14 business days
• USA: 7-15 business days
• Canada: 7-16 business days
• Central America: 10-25 business days
• Australia/New Zealand: 10-26 business days
• Other countries: 11-30 business days.
In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. In this case, delivery may
take up to 40 business days. If you experience any unusual delays in the delivery of your order, please do not
hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to
help you resolve any issues.
